Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at FEELENCE. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Processing includes item verification, quality checks, packaging, and sending the order to the shipping carrier.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship primarily within the United States and select international destinations.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours. You can track your package directly through our website or the carrier's portal.

FEELENCE is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

If you receive your order damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately at support@feelence.com . Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, so there is always a very small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect address.
